Here is the list for December...I will be updating this page every month
Top Ten Show Disasters (Ok, Top Six Show Disasters)
6. 6/12/98 Wallingford, CT: They had a PA from a stereo system and no microphones.
5. 8/16/98 Pittsburgh, PA: Show was cancelled the day before. We were very lucky to find out before driving to Pittsburgh. Luckily, we didn't have to burn the club down.
4. 8/17/98 Cleveland, OH: At midnight we found out that the kid who was supposed to put us up for the night couldn't do it...because his mom wouldn't let him. We "slept" in a rest stop somewhere between Cleveland and Toledo. Bob quit the band that night.
3. 9/17/98 Rochester, NH: 1 person paid to see us, Six Going on Seven and Garrison on a Thursday night
2. 12/4/98 Westfield, MA: We got there late and missed the Warren Commission. Then Bob's car broke down and we were stuck in Westfield with our equipment. I called my roommates for help but they were trashed. Finally, one of my friends drove down to help us out and we got Bob's car towed back to Amherst. Gabby's brought in about $1000 at the door and paid us $40. He wouldn't give us the extra $15 to cover the tow.
1. 11/10/97 Manchester, NH: The worst show ever, for every band involved. Trans Megetti blew a guitar head. We broke about 14 strings and played 4 songs. Drowningman drove 3 hours to a show that wasn't fliered, and they didn't get paid. Bob and Ken both quit the band that night. Rose of Sharon got stuck playing last.
